I had very high hopes when starting with Peterson Companies. They have a reputation for great service in the Forest Lake community. My first phone call went perfect, just few minutes to get some details about the project and a promise of a call back to setup an appointment. A week and a half goes by no call back.... I give them a call and get the "We are super busy story" they are likely very busy but there is no room for excuses in business. I finally get an appointment scheduled. Great!A gentlemen shows up on time and gets the details of my project. Awesome to work with, very nice, I was very happy. He tells me I should have a quote in seven days. Then almost a month goes by.... No estimate, No phone call, nothing. I give them another call and once again get the "We are super busy story" and a promise Peterson himself would be calling me. A few hours go by and I get a phone call from the "leader of the residential" who tells me they can't do half the project. WHAT!!!!!They didn't seem very concerned about losing the business.(Super Busy......) Plenty of other people to choose from I guess.
