GO ELSEWHERE !!We sat in front of our agent "Tracey" and literally pointed to the place we wanted to stay in. We got the "oh yah sure" line. We got the the hotel and the room wasn't the one we were suppose to get!Now please realize my wife was SO excited to get this suite she pointed out to Traceyand when she saw the room Tracey booked she began to Cry.... NOT a great way to start!!.I called the agency and of course Tracey wasnt there, Instead The owner was there and he was NOT helpful nor cared about our needs.ONLY defensive / Argumentative / ArrogantWE RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE WHERE YOU WILL PROBABLY GET AN AGENT WHO LISTENS WHEN YOU BOOK AND PEOLPE TO MAKE SURE YOUR VACATION IS A GREAT ONE....TRACEY DROPPED A CANNON BALL ON US !We PAID to get the upgrade ourselves. We saved our vacation and it was agreat one due to US.P.S. We havent heard a word from the Agency to apologize !! for what she did.
