Amazing company. Not just your usual graphic design company (although I believe they can carryout any graphic design services you require) but an actual branding agency - one that actually really is a branding company (not like all the pretenders out there that just create you a logo!).The service is second to none integrating very interesting brand discovery sessions, that makes even us owners really consider what we do and where we want to get to.If you want an amazing ageless/timeless brand these are the guys to go to.Oh and as an additional bonus, they don't charge stupid prices so you really can come away with an affordable service.

I have used the services of PHD for the complete branding of my company and then subsequent further companies. I found Peter and his team to be outstandingly creative and passionate about all of the projects with nothing being too much trouble. I believe I have had outstanding service and great value for money with all of the companies. You don't get second chance with first impressions so why take a chance with your branding.

Launching an innovative technology product into the housing market is a daunting task at the best of time, but made easier by our selection of PHd design to help us create the look, feel and style for our new product. The product called ‘Kubu’ needed to exude technology and simplicity in the same way people have become accustomed to Apple products. The instructions were honed to the minimum, and the infographics and cleanliness of the brand, packs and literature were created to enhance the product. PHd designed the suite of marketing from direct mail, product packaging, inserts, technical data documents, installation guides and even the website. We are very happy with the end result, which meets our vision of a class-leading product that now looks the part.

Our master brand for Maguire Jackson was created fifteen years ago by PHd design prior to our launch. We wanted to create a Birmingham City centre focussed estate agency brand which would stand the test of time and create a lasting impression for the business. The brand has remained unchanged and it is safe to say PHd design have delivered on that brief. Since then they have created literature design, direct mail, digital campaigns, advertising, vinyl signage, newsletters and a huge array of other design work for ourselves. We had a complex message to somehow distil into a simple diagram / infographic so our clients could easily see what we do… Having tried previous designers PHd have been a refreshing change because they came, they spent the time to understand the business and they delivered such a stunning infographic that we have decided to use this across all our marketing and indeed as wall art in our head office. Our new website has been designed by PHd design as we needed a site that worked on a wide range of devices. Our previous site was getting tired and a bit clunky to use especially with mobiles and tablets and the number of hits and page views was dropping off. Even though the old site contained loads of information we found a growing number of customers were struggling to find the key information they needed and were not booking with us. We knew PHd design and their attitude to design and asked them to look at this for us. They spent the time, asked the silly questions and played the role of customers to really understand where the issues and opportunities lay. The design that followed was a painless experience and has had a dramatic effect on our business. The site is cleaner, easier to navigate and looks fresh and engaging on a wide varitey of different devices. The results have been that we have seen an increase in unique views, increase in visitors, increase in number of page views and time spent browsing the site, and crucially an increase in orders online… all in all 10 out of 10 to PHd design for helping us get a site we are proud of that delivers what we need.
