I met Chris Schuler through my Local Business Networking and had him quote my insurance needs. After analyzing my current policy, he was upfront and said that I was better off sticking with the policy I had. Just an example that he will work to take care of your needs as best he can.

My insurance agent is Chris Schuler and I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service I have received since coming to State Farm. One specific example that exemplifies his level of customer service was when, after I received a loan from my C.U. for a new vehicle, a few months later the credit union sent me a notice stating that I had not yet given them proof of insurance even though I had and Chris had also sent them copies from his office. They said that if I didn't provide it by a certain date that they were going to instill THEIR very expensive insurance on me. I went up to the C.U. with the required paperwork and they were still telling me that they needed more. So, having been given Chris' cell #, I texted him while I was sitting at the bank in the guys office and he got right back to me and prepared the ridiculous paperwork they wanted and faxed it over to them immediately while I waited. The guy at the bank was even really surprised at the customer service I received. Everything went right through and I never got charged for their crazy expensive insurance. You can't beat Chris at State Farm!!

I called Phil's office looking to save some money on my insurance. I was only on the phone with Shasta for a few minutes to give her some info on my vehicles and home and the coverages I wanted. I got a call back about 20 minutes later with the quote they saved me money, I was even able to add a life insurance policy for both my kids and it was still cheaper than what I was paying with my old company. Every time I've called since starting my policy they are always helpful and someone always answers the phone. My prior insurance company never answered I always had to leave a message and wait for them to call me back.

The Phil Pappas Agency makes everything quick and easy, but still explains the details and makes sure that your coverage is appropriate. Malissa was a major help during the hectic process of buying and insuring my first home!

I highly recommend Phil Pappas State Farm. Everyone there has been very helpful and they fully explain all the options available when inquiring about insurance. They also make sure you are aware of all the policies and add on's that would be beneficial in the long run. They are always looking out for the best interest of the customer. Great experience!
