I have a 86 year old relative living with me and at this time they are unable to get out of bed and it is impossible for them to be able to get out of the house and get into a vehicle to go to the Doctor. This person was in the hospital for over 6 weeks and when they were discharged the Doctor at the hospital had given a referral for a new primary Doctor. It was mandatory that this person did not miss the new appointment with this new Doctor for many reasons. Since I was unable to get my relative out of the house and into my car to take them to the Doctor I was stuck. I had happened to talk to someone I know at my Church and they informed me there is a service called, "Doctors Making Housecalls: Whe she told me that I replied, "You mean to tell me today in 2019 a Doctor will come out to the house?". She replied, "Yes, as a matter of fact they do".I went on the internet and went to the "Doctors Making Hosuecalls" website and there it was and I couldn't believe it. I called the number on the website and I spoke with someone who was professional and truly cared about my situation. they informed me there was a $95.00 trip charge for a Doctor to come out to my home. I had to download and fill out some mandatory forms and have my relative sign them and then I emailed them back to them. The next morning I got a phone call and the person informed me that a Doctor will be out to my house between 1:00-2:00 pm. that afternoon. A Doctor did show up at 1:30 p.m. that afternoon and had given my relative a full and complete examination and wrote her a few prescriptions. My relative was very happy with the Doctor who came and she also was more happy that now she has a new primary Doctor and does not have to leave the house. We highly recommend "Doctors Making Housecalls" due to the professional and caring services that they provide. Thank you again...!
