Ok let me start out by saying that Piedmont Agency On Aging have great programs for Seniors. My only problem is I pick up meal's for my mother on wednesdays but I had forgotten to pick up her meal because I had gotten the wednesdays mixed up by it being a holiday life gets hectic and sometimes people forget things nobody's perfect. So Jennifer said that she would make me out a schedule for next wednesday. So today I was informed that they are going to be cancelling my mother's meal's which is fine and ok all I'm saying is Jennifer could have imformed me of that wednesday when I came instead of informing me I was greeted with a smile to my face like everything was ok when in fact things we're not and to lie on another person to save face is not ok either. I feel like people shouldn't have to lie on someone else because they're scared of confrontation I'm not the type of person to get in anyone's face and argue with them about anything as petty as food. I always choose my words wisely and carefully and treat people accordingly. I could tell when I walked in jennifer was upset but I didn't say anything. But she could've said they didn't want to service my mother's meal's anymore when I walked through those doors and I would have been fine with that but she chose not to instead have someone else do it for her. I know miss picking up my mother's meal's in the past and services were cancelled I'm the only person taking care of my mother and I have a life also so excuse me if life gets busy and I forget. Because my mother likes Piedmont Agency On Aging meals on wheels i called and asked could my mother get back into the program I felt like I had to beg which made me feel humiliated. I got the weeks mixed up which I expressed people get busy and I'm only one person.
