I don't understand what is taking so long to get fiber in my area... C'mon Piedmont get your head in the game and give us faster speeds like all the other ISPs are doing. Your cable internet is just archaic.

I work from home and required to have at least 10mbps for my job. My speed has been registering less than 1 MbpP's. I'm paying for 25mbps mind you. My computer (vpn) is slow as a snail. I can't even think this slow. Terrible customer service when asked what the issue is. No one knows. There is one that has given me great CS and follows up with her task. Thanks Linda in billing. Others are like They are just working on it. Called several times to a tech'left a message. Still no return call. This is causing my productivity to go down in my job. Terrible. I am so frustrated. Why do we have to be Forced to have such POOR service. There is no one else that services the Reeds. Community. Unsatisfied customer

I have had Piedmont cable service for 13 years now and I have never had a bad experience the only time that I have lost cable service was because of the weather Holly that works in the office has always been more than helpful and has no problem addressing any concerns and problems that I have she seems to go out of her way to help you now in all fairness I have never had internet service with them so I can't honestly comment on that but overall I'm satisfied with them

I gave it 3 stars because the office people are really helpful! The internet itself is slow in the evenings, 3-4mbps when I pay for 15! Varies from day to day. And the cost is high. But they have the monopoly in the area so no other choices.
