Eric was excellent to work with. He was readily available to answer any questions I had and worked very quickly to find and change my insurance carriers. I highly recommend to others looking for a great solution for their insurance needs!

Several years of being insured through this agency (Home Auto Etc.). Over the years Staff has become rude and they do not speak in a professional manner. In fact mostly in a pathetic tone of voice. Owner/Manager Mr. Pietila does not return phone calls even after several requests. Simple things like saying "Hello" "How are you" "Thank You" "Sorry" goes a long way. Recognizing a customer who has been with you for a many years is Common Sense. Being cordial does not hurt but adds to the integrity of things.There is so only so much a client can handle before it's enough and it's time to move on to a better insurance agency. We've given them several chances to make it right, but they seem just Plain Careless.

I've been getting the best rate for my auto/home insurance with Pietila Insurance for a couple of years now. They're very knowledgeable, and very fast at responding. Also, Eric is very friendly!

Ron or his staff always seemed to personally answer the phone. Easy to work with. They found me the lowest cost auto insurance I've ever had in Michigan. I would recommend them to anyone. Ask about the option of paying for the whole year up front. I had no idea you can save so much money with some carriers by putting it on you card at the beginning of the term. Sweet! Get a quote and see. Nothing to loose.
