I ordered pins from Pin Depot on May 16, 2018, and as of today (June 11) they have still not arrived. I called the company several times over the last week attempting to get a tracking number ... I was given dismissive apologies and was not emailed or called back as promised. When I spoke with Cary Watson, the manager, today - the same man who had emailed me confirming my ship date would be June 1 - he essentially said there was nothing they could do, though he could "hook me up" with a deal on the next order. He did eventually get me a tracking number, which shows our pins are still in China. Do not believe the "pins in 10 days" claim. Horrible business with awful customer service and policies.
