Recently, I called Don to see about putting a sign on the side of my office. I'd held off in the past, because of what I thought was the hassle of permitting the sign, and jumping through the red tape of my local government. Don had me sign a couple of forms, approve a proof that gave me a excellent idea about the finished product, and sent his team out to install the sign once it was completed.
