I have regular problems with getting my irrigation water due to unresolved problems with PCWA and the Turner Pump in Loomis. They have replaced many parts, pumps, motors, etc. but the system will not flow and access to water from this canal box is interrupted. They try to troubleshoot the problem, but never seem to fix it or not completely enough to prevent future delivery problems. I call them once or twice a week when I notice no water and they always send a technician out or state that they can't seem to identify the problem. I've also been told recently that "PCWA doesn't guarantee that you will be able to get water". Nice reply. For what I pay monthly for access to irrigation water I would expect better customer service.
