Overall upon arrival I have loved everything about the stay. We are still here. Our issue is the garage door opener in our condo has stopped working. This problem occured last night around 9 p.m. so we called the after hours service. Waited about an hour and called again. At first I was unaware that our wallets we're in said garage. Now here we are 12 hours later and not a single call back from the EMERGENCY services to gain us access. So now we have no access to money AND did I mention 3 kids to feed breakfast? I hope this is resolved soon or I will HAVE to gain access to the garage myself... Would love to change my review but I am currently FURIOUS!
