The shower had mold in it and the room has a stale odor in the room. Breakfast was good although when something ran out it took awhile for them to bring out more. The pool also looked like it had not been cleaned in awhile.

Picked this place to spend some quality family time. Brought our 2 toddler boys and our 5 month old pup and this place didn’t disappoint. The hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. We are already planning a second trip in a couple months!

Plumpjack has a unique ability to blend business within a breathtaking natural backdrop. The staff were great and amenities were accommodating. I have been attending meetings here off and on for over 10 years and it never disappoints.

A great location, especially for skiing, nice rooms and very nice staff. The pool is very nice and the breakfeast was very good. I think a stay here during ski season would be perfect the lift is at your feet.
