Have been dealing with Jennifer T. From warranty department for over 6 months. Submitted siding samples, pictures, multiple correspondence between us with no results. We submitted our warranty claim for warping and bubbling, but Ply Gem responded that the color was within fading. We never submitted for color fading. Our neighbor has the same issue.It has been checked by general contractor for installation defects, separate siding installation company, distributor, and home inspector. They all have stated the siding has been installed properly, but the product is failing.My advice for any distributor, general contractor, or developer is to avoid this product or company at all costs.

Excellent. Receiving time 6:00-13:00. Fast unloading. 2 fork lift gays unloading in the same time. Friendly people.
