Terrible customer service operations. I tried to start delivery service with them and I have called 4 times now because I still haven't gotten a paper in 7 days. Finally today I asked for a supervisor (Mr. Williams) and he told me my payment over the phone never went through. Since I know I have the money in the account, the person who took my information must have written a # down wrong. So, I asked him why it took 4 calls for someone to know this. He had no answer. I asked him why someone didn't call me back and he said they don't do that. OMG really? Since I wasn't at a computer to check my bank account, I couldn't resolve in that call and I am not calling again. Keep your paper, Pocono Record. The supervisor should have handled that better. In the past, I always mailed my payment by check. I previously got delivery for 8 years with no payment problem. He should have offered that as a solution and restart my delivery in good faith. Now that would be a better solution and better customer service.
