Feedback:

I’ve got to start by saying my husband and I LOVE coming to your live auctions on Saturdays. You fill them with such wonderful items, i usually end up leaving with a new piece for my house every auction! The food is delicious & the lady behind the counter is so sweet! I’ve been to a few auctions but Poinsett Auctions definitely puts on the best ones in the area. Randy is just hilarious and is always entertaining the audience, not a dull moment goes by in one of your auctions. My only complaint is that y’all don’t have one EVERY Saturday! See you guys next auction! :)

Feedback:

Poinsett Auctions has the most variety out of all other companies I have done business with. They sell everything from modern day furniture to antiques. I have won a few cars from them as well in the past and I have never been disappointed. These folks work around the clock, and it definitely shows. Keep it up! -Ron

Feedback:

A GREAT auction company! They always are courteous, accommodating, and easy to work with. Item descriptions are very good for such a wide variety of merchandise because auction staff are very knowledgeable. Poinsett is a very trustworthy company, and holds great online and on-site auctions. I recommend their services highly to both buyers and sellers.

Feedback:

I have used this auction for several years. Something has changed recently and I have had multiple issues for which I finally made a complaint. I was not mean but I was disappointed in getting items that belong in the trash. This has happened many times recently and they have not been showing and disclosing the issues as they should. You would think that they would want to know so that they did not lose a long term customer and would want to fix any issues or at least be aware of them. Instead they did not want feedback and I can tell you these people do not care if they lose business. Watch these folks if you buy anything and always check it out first which is something I could not do, due to the long trip to their facility. They have gotten "too big for their britches" in my opinion and no longer care about their buyers.

Feedback:

I would highly recommend that anyone considering bidding online take full advantage of their allowing you to look at the items you want before bidding. If you can't or won't you are taking your chances. Poinsett is not very descriptive in their online auctions and what photos there are often are not very clear. You won't get your questions and concerns answered via email. I have tried. I was interested in another of their recent auctions that had a lot of ammunition. But it appeared to be reloads. There was no description as to what it was. It was past the date for inspection so I wrote and asked. I got no reply. I will can not shoot reloads in my guns so I had to pass on the auction. And when inspecting, if there is any reason why you are unable to see every little detail on the items you are interested in, or you have questions that they can't answer, then I would suggest that you think very carefully about bidding. I do pre-inspect and twice now I have not been able to view the item like I should have. I went ahead and bid and won the items, later realizing that I should have either demanded to see everything or walk out. I didn't learn the first time and just had to go and do it again. The latest item is a Howard Miller wall clock that has obviously been in or very near a fire. Nowhere on the auction did it state that. The only statement was that the key was included. When I viewed the clock I could not view the top because it was hanging on a wall. It wasn't until I had it in my hands at home that I saw it had been damaged by fire. It just never occurred to me to ask to look at the top. I do remember an odor when I opened the door of the clock. That should have been my first clue. In my mind I guess it was just an age/clock smell but now I know that it is smoke. I have asked the auction house about it and they said they didn't see anything like that when they looked at it. Right. I'm not a rocket scientist but I know when wood has been burnt.
