Feedback:

The ER nurses all have no compassion whatsoever

Feedback:

The nurses and techs are nice, and its clean but the drs can go either way. Sometimes they r nice, sometimes they are not. I reccomend Martin memorial south on salerno road instead

Feedback:

Do not go to this facility and do NOT send a family member here!!! They are so disorganized and unprofessional. My family member was admitted and was there for a week and I was only able to speak with the social worker, not the doctor or a nurse, once. Even the staff members were complaining about the building, the food and especially the other staff members. Most of the people that answer the phones are so rude and impatient that you almost become afraid to call. Trust me, this facility is going to close soon enough. Don’t waste your time, health or money on this pit.

Feedback:

They gave my wife liberiam and now she is in ER with stroke like simtoms ! This place sucks. They never looked at her medical records ! She walked in fine and now she slurr her words cant walk with help and pees herself!!!! The ER is even worse

Feedback:

Dr. Munne is great. Staff very nice and caring. Strongly recommend this place.

Feedback:

The worst hospital ever. How the hell is this place still opened. The nasty non helpful nurses that don't care about a person should be fired. Can't wait for whoever's in charge to close this place and use funding for something that matters.

Feedback:

Joe in outpatient was very rude to my Mother and berated her in front of other patients. I asked my Mother to report him. He should not not be working with the public with his attitude.

Feedback:

Thank you PSL Hospital! Unfortunately, but fortunately, I have been to this facility 3 or 4 times since 2010. My last visit there was in April of 2016 and I have been clean since! A few things have changed from 2010-2016 but not their practices. Things like smoking rules, visitation, and other small everyday things. Every time I’ve been there I was treated with respect and dignity. Shout out to the kitchen staff also! Most of their food is homemade and by far the BEST cafeteria food I’ve ever eaten. Dr. Desai and Dr. Andujar were the 2 docs I’ve been seen by and they were both spectacular. Also, their PHP (outpatient) program, run by Mark and Tara was amazing! You get to go more in depth after your 28 day stay is over. I gave a 5* bc I can’t think of any bad experiences I’ve had had there. None come to mind.

Feedback:

Its a great place for people struggling with mental health issues that have an addiction too. There mainly focused around MH but on there rehab unit allows meetings from the outside in the cafateria. There detox is a mess and i ended up there while waiting for a bed on the rehab floor and its alota people that were coming from baker act facilites there. Alota people are over medicated and detoxing on that unit. its lock down on both units. They give smoke breaks an the foods mot to bad. Doctor Amanda was AMAZING. The rehab unit i got alot more out of.
