Feedback:

After subscribing to the Post Star for well over 25 years, I have cancelled my subscription for home delivery. I did not receive a paper for three days in a row. After contacting customer service by email (phone is a joke), a very helpful agent named Missy finally got an answer. It seems that my carrier will no longer deliver to my house, but if I want, they will deliver it to a house on my road (not near me), and I can pick it up there. Are you kidding me?!? When I signed up for home delivery, it was to deliver to MY HOUSE, every morning, not someone else's house. Neither MY CARRIER or the POST STAR had the courtesy to inform me about this travesty. I paid a lot ($260.00) for a yearly subscription. Sure didn't get what I paid for. For all their whining about losing customers, they obviously don't care AT ALL about their subscribers. I thought that maybe I would get a phone call, since I asked Missy to forward all our emails to the higher ups. Of course, no one got in touch with me. What a surprise. I DO NOT recommend the Post Star at all!!!

Feedback:

I have put a newspaper box on my mailbox to have my paper delivered and called the post star number to advise to leave in the box. The individual I spoke with said I do not have service. Explained I have been receiving paper all along and do have service. They noted the system to place paper in box. One week later and still wet papers in the driveway I tried the online connection that promised response in 24 hours. Another week of wet papers and no response to email. Called today for third try and told would leave message with delivery supervisor. Believe will have to wait at end of driveway at 5 in the morning to advise delivery person. Would rate 0 if possible and may have to cancel subscription vs paying for wet papers I throw out. Jeff

You’re better off taking the money you would spend on this joke of a paper and burning it instead. But hey, if communism and constant whining about who’s in office is your thing, then you’ll love this paper!

Feedback:

Horrible rag. Constantly factually incorrect and prints articles anonymously. You can't speak to anyone there because all calls are handled by a call center in Arizona. And if you ask who wrote one of these articles on social media who ever runs the account just questions why you would want to know and blocks you from their accounts.

Feedback:

Very bad newspaper

Feedback:

This paper is extremely biased in their politics. They have blatent disregard for the facts. In fact, if you try and make a comment regarding their inflammatory articles that misrepresent the truth, they will block your posts.

Feedback:

Publish things that are not true and won't retract when proof is presented to them

Love the paper

Feedback:

Just a greedy greedy little insignificant wannabe paper. It attempts to force you to shut off your protection on the internet so it can sell your information to 3rd parties.

Feedback:

Notified the Post Star of my new address well in advance of moving. A week+ after the move still waiting for my paper. I've called every day and nothing has been done! Two weeks of not receiving my paper, called customer service. They said they would credit my account. Still did not receive the paper, so I canceled. Got $20 back on a year's subscription with 5 months left on it and of course no credit for the missed papers!!!
