Overall a great place to work with quite a bit of growth potential. Since there are various departments and specialty areas, it gives employees the opportunity to follow and apply their passions accordingly.Management gives employees the freedom to manage their own tasks, however that can prove to be challenging for those who are not self starters, or aren't capable of creative problem solving and seeing a project through to completion.The company culture is very 'family-owned' driven, you don't feel like a number, you feel like part of the team. Leadership takes interest in the happiness and success of the hardworking and committed employees.
