Feedback:
Sassy receptionist. She has a very soft voice but don't be fooled because she has attitude. I called to cancel my appointment and even when I called to RSVP she sounded disinterested and uninviting but calling to cancel proved to be more unpleasant of an experience. Perhaps she just lacks professionalism and proper phone etiquette or she just doesn't care. I accidentally gave her the wrong date for my appointment but she kept repeating to me the correct date and firmly wouldn't move past the fact that I got the date wrong. What? Any sensible person would move past a patron's honest mistake and move on with the conversation. Then she gives no verbal confirmation of cancellation and simply goes "Ok. Bye," and proceeds to hang up first. Train your receptionist - her attitude irritating and extremely unwelcoming. She has no concept of basic customer service. You're working as a receptionist honey, do your job. I'm glad I canceled my appointment and will definitely not consider giving PR Tysons my business in the future.
