Friendly staff! We have been using this tag agency since moving from California 3 years ago. The difference in wait time, compared to California, is fantastic! Every service provided is done CORRECTLY, sometimes that takes a little more time but I would rather it be handled correctly than quickly. Thank you!

After my mother and i went to them for YEARS we will not be returning. The service has went downhill. They help whoever they want next not whos been waiting there the longest or who was there first they just pick and choose and then when you bring it up every one of those ladies including the owner want to get smart about it or make a snide comment as to why they helped the person before you. Ive been there once and no one had any idea what they needed to do. They get flustered by large numbers of people and are all over the place. Theyve become rude and have an attitude like thats the only tag agency in town well theyve lost business and my family will be going to the other side of the river from now on for our tag agency needs.

This is the most friendly and helpful tag agency I've ever been to. I've done business with them multiple times and just think they are the best! I can not thank them enough for the helpful and knowledgeable guidance they have given. They go out of their way to help.
