This speciality fitness equipment manufacturer puts "fitness first." You really have to try out their products to feel the difference. And you can't beat the hassle free 10 year warranty offered on most of their equipment.

I've owned two Precor treadmills. My latest died on me yesterday. I got in touch with tech support twice to get to the root of my problem, a toll free number. In both cases the technicians walked me step by step down the trouble-shooting path. They were knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful. In the end it turned out not to be a dead TM, but a worn treadmill bed and belt (pulling too many amps and therefore cutting out on me). This is an old commercial machine and I was surprised that Precor still carried the parts for it. I was given the part nos., the costs, and the names of servicers who could put things right. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience, and I don't believe I've ever had one. Thanks Precor. A customer for life.
