I've had Premier Communications ever since they have been Premier Communications in Le Mars. I LOVE this service. The speeds are incredible!!! I personally have their 150 meg service and i'm in LOVE with it. As a Computer Tech who every day has to download gigabytes worth of updates and application on multiple customer machines, time is money and at a speed of 150 megs it saves me a LOT of time. Can't recommend this service enough.

I am very suprised by other reviewers. I have always been treated with respect and have only talked to nice and helpful customer service. The only time I had a problem was when I spoke to someone after regular business hours. It was clear she was new and was going through a troubleshooting script that did not really fit my issue. I was on the phone with her for over an hour and still had to call the next day. Daytime person knew exactly what had happened and fixed the problem immediately!

Anytime you have to call and talk to one of the ladies that work there you are treated rudely and usually hung up on without so much as a "bye." The price has continually gone up over the course of the year even though we are supposedly locked in at a price which apparently means we can't leave without paying a fee but they are allowed to shove as many taxes and fees on the cost as possible. I will never recommend premier communications and I have canceled as of today. They need to hire new receptionists or at least train the ones they have in customer relations.
