This company is a joke. How does a company expect their employees to live on 6 hours per week?? There was a time when it was a good company to work for. In the current state, I'd highly recommend avoiding it. The company has been bragging about received such great reviews by the St. Louis Post Dispatch as the greatest place to work. My question is: who was paid off at the newspaper for the paper to say that?? Apparently nobody talked to the employees that actually work for the company.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, In this company people LIE, and find ways to get rid of you if they don't like you. What you are verbally told to do is totally different from what is written, you communicate this up the chain with HR and they always reside with the higher level and do not look to solve the problem. Its either you move around inside or outside of the company after working for them for 2 years or you will most likely get laid off or be given excuse to let you go. I would stay away from this company!

What can I say, DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION! I'm not confident it's a legit company. I didn't even get paid by them and my (supposed) supervisors email address wasn't even a real email address and there was nobody at the company to discuss this with. In fact, I am finding that most of these "merchandising" jobs aren't legit. I worked briefly for another company that paid me .88! They said it was an error on their part but they too have yet to pay me. They're pretty much all a scam. I wish I had read some of these reviews before wasting my time and giving them my personal information, only to be lied to and leave with them owing me money.I've already had my personal information stolen (not by this company, by a women that stole my mail) and I am fearful this will happen again :( I filed a complaint with the MO labor board but haven't received a response yet.

As long as you understand the concept of customer service and retail this job is great. I enjoy setting planograms and making things better for customers, plus this is easy.. very flexible hours.. pays great.. no complaints!! I can see where it could be overwhelming to some who don't have previous experience with retail/displays, but there are always intructions available.. I recommend knowing how to set displays/planograms to work for this company!!

Absolutely the worst display of middle management I've ever seen in contract work. Poor listening skills and complete dismissal of insight from field reps. Disorganized. Upper management needs to stay in contact with local store leaders and respond to negative feedback.
