Client Review on Priceless Rental Cars

Feedback:

Poor. We called the 2 numbers given and left 3 messages with no response. No one else had a car so we took a chance and booked online. We got a reservation #. It said we would receive an email shortly, never got one. My husband rode his bicycle to the location and found a closed sign on the door. I called the number on the reservation conformation. The recorded message gave a second "immediate service number", the one we had already left a message at, but I tried it again anyways. I got a person. No apology, just the excuse phone messages don't always go through and he checked at 4pm yesterday and there were no reservations. I had to ask when he could get there as Gary was there waiting. No, So sorry, the fastest I can possibly be there is... just I can be there in 40 min. Not what I call 24/7 and not much "service". It's almost 10:00am now waiting to hear if he showed up. At least we have a car although Gary had to wait for it to be cleaned up. The positive he will pick the car up at the maria at no charge.
