If you want respect and would like to work with someone who doesnt mind working with you, then dont go to Pridestaff. Sara Juarez is very unprofessional. Working with a staffing company, you are respresenting the company as well as yourself. We were informed to tell let the company know of our absences, so they can find a replacement. I informed Sara that i was not going to be at my site 4 days before i was scheduled. She did not inform the supervisor, so when i returned, the supevisor was very upset. Each time you call to talk to Sara she has a very bad attitude. As far as payroll and checks, since shes the recruiter, she should know about where the employees should pick up paychecks. I had to do her job and find out myself. We are customers of the company and Sara should respect that and be more careful of her tone of voice, attitude, and how she speaks to people. I know we all have bad days, but everyday and each time you call?.. All of Pridestaff isnt corrupt. Stacy and Yasana were polite and great.
