If I could give this place 1 star I would. Walked in cause I saw the business from the street. Was half ass greeted by some man sitting in the back of the room who didnt see the importance of getting up to see what we needed. I think businesses now days think they are entitled to someone's money. There are thousands of print shops in the area. Sitting behind your desk yelling from the other side of the room is completely unacceptable and a very bad first impression. Would never spend my money here.

Tried using them after receiving a referral from a neighbor here. I needed an identical sign just with my logo on it. It's been over a week and I keep getting (I've called over 5 times and spoken to someone) excuses that they were too busy to send the render (which is required before I can receive the permit). I followed up again to have another person tell me they'd work on it and send it within 30 minutes. Instead, I got an email from them stating they had computer problems and would send the rendering in the morning. It's not 4:23pm and I STILL do not have it and my calls are being ignored. I will be taking my business elsewhere. There's never a need to do business with a company that doesn't value yours.
