They took our last minute walk in order with a smile, even in the middle of working on a large custom print order. Lisa got us started with our embroidery specs and once Devin got back, he took over. They were both welcoming and professional. Devon went step by step with us to make sure our order would be exactly as we needed it and even gave us a reasonable ETA. We are even going to utilize their services for some recognition items for staff and they have our business for this summer's company softball tournament uniforms. They do some great work but be patient with your needs-it's a small operation and they are busy!

Recently I was working on a project for my son's business. Lisa and Devin were fabulous and walked me through the entire process. It was a great learning experience and they were very gracious and patient with me as I muddled through the process. I was able to deliver the garments that I purchased to my son and his partner in Half Moon Bay, California last weekend. I will never forget the look on my son's face when I showed him the final product. I am looking forward to placing my next order so that I can outfit our family with this amazing gift. They bent over backwards on a small order for a few shirts and a jacket. Print screeing was great and they actually got them done early for an event scheduled before our orignial deadline. I love that they are a local small business, so I'm not sending money to some remote catalog. I'm dealing with the owners who make sure it is done right. Give them a try!
