I don't write many reviews, however I had to write about the special treatment we received from the sales people at Print Co. I originally contacted them to have some specialized embroidery done on our dance team. We needed to have our teams logo embroidered with 3D metallic thread on 45 sweatsuit jackets and pants. Our previous embroider failed to mention he wouldn't be able to have our order complete for 3 weeks due to his backlog. Well we had a competition in a week and a half so that wouldn't work. After contacting Print Co they not only were able to embroider the sweatsuits, they had them hand delivered to our event the day before. We did have to pay a rush fee to have them turned around so fast, but it wasn't that bad and well worth it to have the job completed so nicely and on time.
