I missed my Fed Ex delivery at home. I called their Lockhart affiliate (Printing Solutions) with a question I had, mentioning to the owner about my missing my delivery.10 minutes later my phone wrang. It was the owner of Printing Solutions. He told me that the Fed Ex driver was there, and asked me if I wanted him to grab my package. Well, heck yeah! Talk about GREAT SERVICE! He had to use his Caller I.D. to call me back. That's pure "above and beyond the call of duty" at its very best. Many thanks, Printing Solutions!
