Our organization contracted "Pro-Sign" to install multiple high end signs at our new facility; the company showed well, appeared to be a competent and professional firm. Nine months later we still don't have our signage; they have been unprofessional every step of the way and it is now become necessary to pursue this problem through the legal system. It is our regret that we chose this firm to produce our signage...they have cost us both time and money; we are writing this in hopes that it may help others forgo the same problems we have been forced to deal with for nearly a year. Do not be fooled...this is firm is as unprofessional as we have ever had to deal with!
