My experience with Productive Displays and the owner Bruce has been unfortunately turbulent. The backlit booth we got looks good, but it came with no setup instructions whatsoever. We have endured enormous headaches and stress while onsite at tradeshow events because the booth hardware is not easy to figure out, and after 1 year we still do not have instructions. Even onsite staff who set up booths all the time have not been able to figure it out. As well, after only 1 year and about half-dozen events, parts of the printed image are coming off. The fact that 1 year has passed and we still cannot get proper instructions for setting up this booth is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Sent him a ton of customers and was a customer for years, had a billing disagreement and I tried to settle with him, instead he chose to sue me..

Bruce and his team were instrumental in the success of our recent trade show. We are a small company who has not exhibited in almost 10 years, so this was a bit of a learning experience. We had an idea of what we wanted to do with our 20'x40' booth, but we could not find a display company who would work 1) outside their "cookie-cutter" approach to help us develop the custom layout and graphics that we were looking for, and 2) within our budget. From our first meeting, Bruce really listened as we explained our show goals and initial ideas. He helped us develop a realistic solution that not only looked great, but also fit within our budget. Throughout the entire process, I felt Bruce and his team were looking out for us. They even caught a mistake during the proofing process that I had missed! They provided all of the resources and training necessary for our staff to set-up the displays at the show. The project came in right at the budget they promised and the whole experience went very smoothly. I highly recommend Productive Displays for any trade show/display needs and look forward to working with them again in the future!
