Truly the worst company ever. I am completely insulted by the insinuation that I'm a bad driver. I have never been in an accident in 12 years. I drive for a ride share company and I'm rated one of the highest drivers. The fact that my policy has changed dramatically is insulting and wrong. I really choose the wrong company to do business with.

The state of Ne. Charges for registering their customers, the company charges the customers in the contract and when the customer cancels their insurance the company reverts those charges to their X clients. I received a $40.94 for cancelling.

I'm not sure any insurance company has your best interests in mind, but progressive certainly does not.Keep in mind, people usually only write these when they are extremely dissatisfied or extremely pleased.My initial sales agent was made aware of exactly what I was looking for initially. I am told my policy will go down the longer I stay with them. Only to see my rates increase due to a sibling state law I was not aware of, and needed to sign paperwork to have sibling removed from policy (quirky illinois law I guess).When a customer tells a sales person exactly what they want, then the customer is told something, only to find out from your bill that what I was initially told wouldn't happen, happened because if a state law that I didn't initially know about, and had to take time out of my day to fix; feels like you are just another number to their bottom line. Again, probably would have happened at 9 out of 10 insurance companies, and I do not have an alternative suggestion, but it feels good dumping them.Didn't happen at this office so I am sorry for leaving the 1 star, but I didn't know where else I could leave a review.If you are going to raise my rates for something that my brother did, and I find out from my bill and not my agent..... and he didn't have to be on my policy in the first place, I can't call that good service.

Customer service was horrible. Long story short after I got my car back from their trusted body shop I noticed a new scratch above the work I took the car in for . I was told it might have been work from a previous owner . I’m the first owner of the car . Then that it was there before I dropped it off , I just didn’t notice it because it’s on the passenger side . Or first it was just shop negligence. I had to ask for the manager 3 times before the rep actually got him . And the work still doesn’t look right . All I wanted to know was , how a scratch that wasn’t there before magically appeared over the 3 days it was in the shop but instead the rep just came up with different excuses and blamed me .
