5/5 would not even begin to rate Promo Planet. I was making a large order of custom rash guards for an event I was hosting. I had never had to do all the design and work process before and Rick walked me through all the steps and was always there to help me when it was clear I didnt know what I was doing.When it came time to actually printing everything up and getting it ready there were so many little things that Rick helped me with that I cant even begin. It was really clear through every step that they really cared about my experience and I have no doubt that they truly care about helping out their customers.For anything bigger than a 2 or 3-shirt order that I can do at any old printer, they definitely have me as a customer, even if it means spending a little extra time making my way out to them. Will definitely recommend them to other people that I know

I have never worked with a company who has done more to get me what I needed exactly how and when I need it, and they have the best prices in DFW. You cannot go wrong with PromoPlanet- I have ordered thousands of things and never had one thing go wrong and they have moved heaven and earth for me when we are on a time crunch.

He made sure we were getting quality material at a cost-effective price. The shirts and tanks came out great and were done within 2-3 days of ordering. We would definitely work with them again!
