Plus: Great location across from MassMOCA. Minus: you’ll wait so long for your food you won’t get to go to the museum. My friends and I went for lunch before heading to the museum. We were chatting away and I noticed I was getting super hungry and that the waitress hadn’t been over to check on us. I checked my watch and saw it had been almost an hour since we were sat at least! When we inquired about our food the server said it would be out soon. After more waiting and seeing people sat after us getting their food we flagged her down again she told us it was because one person ordered a well done burger... the manager came over said something about being busy and again said it was the well done burgers fault, the food came a few minutes later. Mine was not bad but certainly not worth the 1.5 hour wait, and my friends burger was barely edible. When the check came they removed one persons’ meal (which did not seem like nearly enough for the wait and food issues). The manager seemed very confused as to how to handle the situation and from what we could see there was no reason for food to take this long. I have worked in a restaurant as a server and there are basic things you do when the kitchen is in the weeds, comp food, bring out fries or salads, offer drinks or dessert, at the very least tell the table it will be a while. None of this was done and then to blame it on how long burgers take to cook... no. So save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.
