Terrible, bureaucratic, unaccommodating company. Left two hours early. Arrived to Kent plenty ahead of time. Office building was not marked with a sign. Tried calling for further directions unsuccessful. Finally located the building but no parking was available. Arrived only 1 minute late and was told that I could not take test. Explained the situation and they would not make any exception whatsoever.
