The proverbial "wishy/washy" words come to mind when reviewing my experience with this company. I will leave personal information out... but below is an email I wrote to the organisation: "With the greatest of respects Hannah, I have been aware of this ever since I sent an email acknowledging my interest. With that being said, I'm puzzled to understand why in the space of five days you've changed your mindset on my inquisitive and direct approach.I have made it clear from the start that I know my experience doesn't align with that of anything you're recruiting for but as I emphasis from my second paragraph, communication has completely changed from picking a time to want to speak to me on the phone to now using generic sentences to purport me as being "too junior". It doesn't make sense.Thank you for acknowledging my resumè but I'm quite frankly upset about the change of heart from wanting to re-scheduled a phone call to reviewing my CV, within a time frame that contradicts your message of intent. I feel as though it's an attempt (and I maybe wrong) to tick me off a metaphoric planner. Once again, I feel as though it's never been about my CV as I am sure you would of read it before coming to the conclusion of wanting to speak to me which also contradicts your statement of being "very keen to chat with me" in a correspondents you sent five days ago. Thanks Hannah but I'm not interested now, or in the future of pursuing any vacancies purplefish will recruit for."You can understand my frustration. I would question whether or not the company is acting with due diligence within there business.
