Client Review on Purplex Marketing

As a company, we had been a little stuck in the dark ages, using a national advertising agency who had failed to impress for too many years. We had regular contact with their sales executive Ed Frater who had popped in from time to time but without putting any pressure on us to sign. He stuck his head in one day, so we thought we'd explore what Purplex were about. This is panning out to have been a very good decision on our part!We were attracted to Purplex due to their specialism within the construction and fenestration industries, and were impressed with what they presented. We visited their offices and met the team, and that impression was only improved upon.I spoke to existing customers of theirs who are in our field, and each one spoke very highly about their approach to promoting their business, so we took the plunge.Straight away we were assigned a team to look after our account, which is fab as it gives confidence that you're not just another number in a chain somewhere. Special thanks to Vicky, Christy, Steve and the background team who have held our 'stuck in the 1980's' hands at every stage.We are only a couple of months in to our new site having gone live and the SEO and online marketing being pushed, but the results are already ahead of what we'd set as a target. (By around 100% it's worth noting). The site they designed receives compliments regularly - the main one being that it represents us and our approach to our customers as it should do, which we are delighted about as we look to build the brand in the way we've done so for over 30 years.I feel totally confident that we have made the right move to break the mould many small businesses are in, and put our trust in such a forward thinking and proactive company. Communication levels are great, the cost versus results is extremely competitive and there is constant dialogue as to what's working, how it's working, and how we can improve things going forwards. We are very happy with the results thus far and would highly recommend Purplex to improve all aspects of any company's marketing strategy if they're looking to push themselves to whatever next level they're seeking to be at.The only slight gripe is that I'm running out of hours in the day to cope with the level of enquiries, but I guess I'll take that as the only negative!!A genuine thank you to all at Purplex - updated review to be posted when we know a little more, but early signs are excellent.Nick GeorgeDirectorDoors & Windows (Exeter) Limited
