I recently purchased custom air fresheners with my logo on it. I stressed that I needed them to be unscented because we are a candle company and I needed to scent them on my own. I was told they email and purchased order I had to sign off on that they would be unscented. When I got the box they were scented and the image quality is poor. Today I received and email asking for a review but haven’t been notified how they plan to fix my $185 dollar mistake. I needed them for a project and they are costing me money and time siting with 150 air fresheners I cannot use. Why would I want scented air fresheners when I create my own scents. Very disappointing.
