I ordered Christmas stockings on 11/22/2017. My order is still "processing." I have emailed twice. First no response. Emailed them again expressing my frustration. I don't anticipate I will hear back this time either, or receive my order in time for Christmas which is 6 days away... If you ordered anything for Christmas good luck to you!

On May 30, 2017, I ordered two pillowcases to be used as Christmas presents for my daughters. On June 11, 2017 I recieved my two pillowcases in the mail. One was correct, but on the other they misspelled my daughter's name and used the wrong princess image (I had picked the two princess images that were closest in appearance to my daughters).I emailed Qualtry to let them know of the errors. And attached a picture of the pillowcase next to the shipping recipt, showing they clearly messed up the order. On June 14, 2017, they emailed me to apologize and let me know that "We will have your order redone and shipped out as soon as possible." That sounded great!On June 29, 2017, they emailed to let us know they had run out of the style we ordered and that there would be processing delays. But that they were still going to send it. I figured they were probably shipping them in from China, and I didn't need it until Christmas, so waiting a while was fine.In October we started reviewing our family Christmas presents for this year and realized we never recieved the pillowcase. We emailed them on Oct 20, 2017, to ask what happened with our order. They didn't respond which was strange since they always respond within 2 days. So we emailed them again on Oct 26, 2017, to check on the status of our order. It is now November 12, 2017 and they haven't responded.I'm guessing they just strung us along until we were passed any kind of refund period from either PayPal or Groupon and now they are just going to ignore us. But what am I going to do? Only a jerk would give one daughter a personalized pillowcase and have nothing similar for the other one. So this basically makes the correct pillowcase worthless.UPDATE: They sent my order 2 days after I posted this review. It was finally correct. I moved them from a 1-star to a 3-star.

Have been trying to reach someone for over a week about an order I placed Dec 1 and hasn't arrived. No one has had the courtesy to get back to me. If you order is time sensitive do not use this company.

1 star is too many. I wish I could give this company ZERO! This is one of the worst company's I have ever purchased anything from. I ordered 5 very expensive christmas stockings on Nov 21st and they have yet to even be shipped. I have called, emailed, facebook messaged and tried to live chat with ZERO response. Christmas is 10 days away and I won't have stockings to hang. Saying I'm disappointed is an understatement. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company EVER again. Horrible customer service!

I would give zero stars if I could. Order was not etched correctly. Called customer service several times and died on hold. Left voice messages that weren't returned. Emails weren't returned either. Save your money. Don't buy from Qualtry.

I have placed several orders with Qualtry and have been completely satisfied with every item, last year and this year. The reason for four stars is the high shipping charges, but basically the price of the products makes up for the shipping. Will definitely continue ordering from this company.

This company deserves WAY more than 5 stars. I had some questions on the first order I made and received a response within a few minutes. After I placed the order I received it at my home 3 days later and the products were absolutely beautiful. I made another order of about 40 products and received those in 7 days. I've talked with one of their sales reps (Kay) several times. She is incredibly kind, helpful and responsive. I have been SO impressed with their customer service and the quality of their products. I can't say enough about this amazing company. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

I am so upset with this company! I ordered product from them Dec 18 and I still haven’t received it. They said it would only take 10-14 business days and when the total timeframe had expired I reached out to the company. I have not heard back from them on why my order hasn’t been completed. My friend ordered something from them the SAME day and it was the SAME exact order as mine and she received hers by Christmas. This company lacks customer service and lacks ownership. Stay away from this.
