Customer service was horrible. It was very hard to get a hold of salesperson after we made a payment. I called September 6 to see if they were able to have shirts ready for the following Friday. Salesperson assured me that they would. Called during the week many times to ask for the status, but it was not until the Friday that the shirts were supposed to be ready that they send a sample of the logo. Needless to say, shirts were not ready Friday. Our event was Sunday, so my boss went to pick up the shirts at the address they provided, and they were not ready. Salesperson stated that shirts were ready at that location, but they were not able to find them. After I called the salesperson and informed her, she assured me that they could deliver them, but it was too late for us on Saturday. On Sunday they said they could not deliver them because they had an event. My boss goes back to get them at the same address, and the location is close even though it was business hours. I was assured someone would open in 10 minutes; it took them over 30 minutes to open. Totally ridiculous. We were getting ready to make a big order for all 3 of our offices for different things, but after this, we will be looking for someone else. The worst thing for me was not that they did not keep their word on having the shirts ready on time, but the lack of professionalism and not being able to accept responsibility, they never apologized or offered a solution. After I sent a text to the salesperson letting her know how disappointed I was, I did not receive a response. I have to say we did love the shirts, but their customer service needs a lot of work. I would not recommend them, which is a shame because I was so excited to work with them because I saw them in an event, and they promised great work.
