We are currently replacing these folks with another agency. We have lost complete faith and trust that they a.) understand our business and b.) care about our business. We were underinsured and are now on the hook for damages. The Agent had not met with me in 5 years of doing business with him to check on changes in our business despite numerous requests for such a meeting. This would have easily been averted for less than $100 a year with a very simple understanding of our business.
