Rami is well connected and knows a lot of people in different industries. He referred us to service business professionals in the area. We would recommend State Farm overall BUT this office in particular, 100%!!!!

Will never ever ever use State Farm again! I keep getting a bill saying I should pay $126 for my renter insurance for my home, otherwise it’s going to be cancelled. (Which I already paid.) I called Customer service for three times, first person told me it’s wrong, it should be $9. Second person told me the same thing and said my agent would contact me. But I waited and waited and nobody contacted me. The third time I called the person said there are two policies for my address somehow and again, agent would know the details. So I said agent never contacted me, and she promised she would mark it as important message, and if I don’t get calls they will write emails. But no, after two weeks, I didn’t get any calls from State Farm or emails. It’s difficult to contact the agent directly myself because the office hour is so short that I can’t find a time!To give you some background info, I have been using State Farm renter insurance since 2016; this year in July I moved to the current place. All I did is a request of change of address. My old policy ended in June so the policy still insured the old address before Jul10. However, because there’s a change in my new place, I initially decided to move to a place, but actually didn’t do so, and finally decided to move to the current place. So this resulted in two change of address, which the first one never took effect (as the start time is also Jul but I did the request in June). I don’t know if that’s related to the two policies situation. But I would be really shocked if State Farm can’t take care of such a simple moving case!
