We were nowhere to be found on Facebook before working with R&S Marketing. We posted without really knowing what we were doing, just for the sake of posting. In one session, Bob gave us a detailed plan of how his team would help us be found and heard through social media. With our business, we need to be on Instagram as well as Facebook, which we didn’t know. Just adding this new platform helped boost our visibility greatly with our main customers.
