I purchased a bedroom set from Raymour and Flanigan. I had the company deliver the furniture to my house, when they brought the furniture into my bedroom, I noticed about ten tacks scattered across the floor. I made a comment that this is pretty sad to by new furniture and it is falling apart during the delivery process. A year and half later my drawer knobs on my armoire and night stand started to fall off on a regular basis. I would screw the knobs back on but they would fall off again and again. In order to make my furniture functional I have resorted to using a pair of scissors to open my drawers. The scissors are scratching the wood and making the wood stain come off. I also have received splinters from the wood furniture numerous times during the process of opening and closing the drawers. I requested Raymour and Flanigan to refund my money or a least a partial refund and they have refused. They told me they will not honor my request. I have relatives who have also purchased furniture from Raymour and Flanigan and they are also complaining about the poorly constructed furniture TAKE MY ADVICE DO NOT BUY THEIR POORLY MADE AND CONSTRUCTED FURNITURE. IT IS NOT WORTH THE STREESS IN YOUR LIFE !!!!!!!!

horrible horrible customer service. Delivery center is obnoxiously rude, no customer service skills. Sales department is all about rushing to get those big ticket items sold. Worst company in America- sucks because the furniture is really nice....
