Teresa Klopfer -- I challenge you to find a more professional agent in the southern Maryland market than Teresa Klopfer. Teresa, and her professional support staff are second to none. It only took eight weeks from the time we listed until we closed which is very fast for our area.We chose Teresa because of her local knowledge and ability to sell in a tough market. We selected her because she had sold so many homes in our area. And, her listings did not languish – we had two buyers make offers and she helped us pick the one she knew would go through with the deal. And, she was there with us each step of the way. I am still waiting on the realtor to come and take down the signs and lock from my door. I assume since I didn’t go through with selling my home he is avoiding me. He is answering my emails but yet has done what I asked. At this point I don’t care who from remix 100 takes the lock from my door and if he doesn’t want his sign back I’ll throw it away please let me know.

I don’t know how but they obtained my personal email address. I received an unsolicited message from ‘Matt Poole’ about what a great time to buy it is now that Amazon is moving into northern VA. (Not in the market, haven’t been looking, I have never dealt with RE/MAX) It was easy enough to unsubscribe from future messages but do not appreciate mass messages of this sort.Update: shortly after writing this review and receiving the response below, the email that was sent to me was mysteriously inaccessible. I did however save his License #: 595068 which is public information and you can look it up on the Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation. They clearly show this as his physical location.
