Be careful when purchasing a house with Remax of the Battlefords. Realtor had little to no knowledge. Everything looked good on the outside but when you get down to the inside found a dirty 10 year worth of an infestation. We did not find this out until already signing the papers. Did not get a final walk through. Was not told to get a house inspection. Now we are further in debt thousands of dollars cleaning up the old owners infestation problem. When we brought this up to the owner of remax of the battlefords we are told it's our problem. They do not have the purchasers best interest in mind. All realtors do here is unlock the house and show you rooms but tell you nothing about it. I would give 0 stars if I could and I will NEVER recommend anyone purchase a home though them. This is a story I will never stop telling to prevent people going through the pain, stress, tears, lawyers, and debt that we now have to endure. Shame on you Remax.
