Buffering gets extreme after 5 PM and I have been attempting to contact the IT department for days. Unfortunately, can't talk to anyone since ALL calls to the IT department goes to voicemail and you have to wait your turn. Hope and pray that they actually call you back. I have had this service for 10 days and have regretted it since day 1. DON'T GET THIS COMPANY. GO WITH A BIGGER, BETTER COMPANY!

The internet seems to work only M-F 8-5. When the internet goes out it always seems to be on a weekend or after 5 pm when the office is closed. I sure wish they would fix this problem or I wish there was another internet provider available to us.

Service is great so long as it's up. Problem is, it seems it only goes down after 5 PM or on the weekend. Guess what, it's going to stay down until the next business day when you can get them on the phone as there is no such thing as after hours support. Here I sit on Saturday afternoon with no internet and won't be able to get it restored until Monday. Have been with them for several years but they know they have you hostage if you're using their service so there's no incentive for them to actually provide the "Excellent Technical Support" they claim on their website. It may be excellent so long as you only have an issue 8-5 Monday through Friday. Thankful it's available, but it's less than half the speed of similar services in other rural areas of South Louisiana at twice the price. Sucks being held hostage because your house sits too far off the road.

every night i come home from work and cant play any games because these douchebags schedule to throttle my internet every night at the same time until midnight. do yourself a favor and move somewhere you can get cable.
