Was looking to reorder custom printing materials for a marketing campaign. I received an estimate from a gentleman for 10,000 door hangers.I called to ask some questions about the estimate and I felt like they didn't want to be bothered by our business. I asked specific questions and he gave vague answers. He even recommended a competitor when asking about budgetary concerns. Not easy people to work with if you're a "smaller" client. You're not worth their time I guess.I got the door hangers from a competitor.
