This review should’ve been posted forever ago. My highest regards to Kathy Polensky and Brad Tindal. Brad made the financial stuff so easy for my husband and I. We were first time homebuyers, neither good with numbers, & on a tight budget. Brad did his magic, practically wrote the book on Home Finances for Dummies (not literally, but he explained everything so thoroughly), & made our first house happen. Now for Kathy.. she is pretty much the coolest realtor I know. She is so honest, happy/smiley, and easily available when you need her. She works fast and gets stuff done. She knows everybody in the home-industry (inspectors, handymen, plumbers, etc.). Random awesome fact: her text tone is a kitten meowing and it just cracks you up every time you hear it. Kathy just sticks with you (we even invited her to our wedding & she celebrated with us & gave us an awesome gift). She also knits you a soft blanket upon house closing. This team has helped multiple friends of mine and me. We will definitely go to them for future home buying/selling needs. PS they both work outside of normal business hours :)
